Shipping Questions

How long will it take to deliver my order

Delivery is normally 4-6 business days. Pool Palace now offers the option to collect your online order in store for free at Bexley. 

You can also buy online and return your order in store. A returns shipping label and returns form are included with all online orders. Once you have contacted us, there will be a restocking fee for a returns on change of mind.

What if my product is faulty once i receive it
